Atrocious customer service! I have called repeatedly asking for quotes on a better homeowners policy and was repeatedly told someone would get back to me- nobody ever did. I finally sought one on my own, and was told they would not cancel my current policy until the new insurance contacted them. I faxed over the documents requested from the new policy, I even called to confirm that they received them and was assured thr policy was cancelled, only to receive billing from that policy; upon calling the insurance company directly they informed me they were never notified of a cancellation! I guess this agency doesnt REALLY want to handle nor do they want any business... message received loud and clear!

Needed auto insurance. Placed a call & went in! At a point where insurance is rising I found their rates to be more reasonable. Signed a one year policy & walked out satisfied & with welcome gifts! Lol, the staff was very pleasant!

They got such a great team there. If I ask them anything concerning my auto insurance, they are always on top of their responsibilities. They have fast correspondence. Thank you for your service.
