I have never had such an awful experience with a company in my life. Pick literally ANY other company than equitable to handle your investments. My advisor is Jacobie Greene, I reached out him August 28th 2024 to withdraw from my 403b as I had just had a baby and left my position at Brevard County Schools. He called me and let me know it would be simple and quick. Well, I’m writing this on December 30th, 2024 and zero progress has been made. First, he gave me the wrong paperwork to fill out. Then, because I went through quick enroll, I had to wait until mid October to meet with him to sign paperwork. He assured me he would send the paperwork in that day.
