Autoplan Auto Insurance

I filed an auto claim due to vandalism to my car on 5/13 it’s 5/21 and the most they’ve done is send out an appraiser to look at my car I’ve missed 2 weeks of work. I asked about a rental on the 5/15 and Terri my claims person tone changed completely then she told me they cover only $10 a day and that the rentals are around $20 which is far from true I haven’t talked to a company yet with $20 a day cars. I haven’t talked to Terri since the 16th I’ve called numerous times and left several messages I understand I’m not your only client but at this point I’m basically researching and taking care of my own business at this point. Rude as hell!! They used to dealing with people they can talk to any kind of way! Everyone comes to your business isn’t a criminal or trying to get something for nothing. Didn’t like how he talked me over the phone. Wouldn’t use them if they were free
