This was my first Accident experience ever, once my case was handed over to auto insurance, I was told to contact Mr. Adan McCrohan To move forward, Adan was extremely helpful, understanding, polite, professional and everything else that you could expect for an A+ customer service. We went through a major and significant property loss due to a water backup that started on the second floor and damaged the entire townhouse overnight. Auto Owers did a great job on our auto claim. We had damage to both leftside doors from a hit and run parked on the street. The adjuster helped us find a good repair shop and set up a car rental for us. All went quickly and smoothly and the repair came out great. Highly reccomend Auto Owners for car insurance.
