Auto-Owners Insurance Macon Claims

Joseph Hirsh, my adjuster from auto owners insurance was wonderful. Now I know why Auto Owners Insurance maintains such a good rating. I have been with them a long time and would recommend them to anyone. They treated me well and kept me informed and even calmed me by assuring me all would be well. And, it was!

Apparently when you are a victim of a hit and run. Not only is that traumatic. Once the eluded perp is found. This insurance agrees to pay a property damage settlement. With one disclaimer; the victim must surrender the car. (Reported as totaled) In a nutshell whatever is made by selling parts off that car. Will go towards the victims payout. Thus, victim must pay for victims hit and run settlement. On what reality does that make sense?

Ben Pearson was the adjuster for my claim. He was fantastic helping me. 2 adjusters were sent out so he could actually get a correct accessment of the damage.
