We recently had the unfortunate situation of my daughter's car being stolen. After it was recovered, there were some damages to her car resulting in us filing a claim with Auto Owners Insurance to cover the damage. I can't say enough about the excellent and efficient service we received from our adjuster, John Foutch, with the Lexington branch of Auto Owners. He was incredible and extremely attentive and empathetic with our situation and what needed to be done with her car. John was in touch with me at least once a week until the car was completed a month later. He took charge of dealing with the collision center weekly to make sure they were on top of the repairs. I didn't have to ask him twice to do anything and all the payments to myself and the collision center were made promptly

I had a not at fault incident that ended up totaling my travel trailer. Tara was the primary rep who handled my claim and John stepped in for her while she was out on vacation. Both were fantastic, gave me good timelines as far what to expect, and helped get everything resolved quickly and as painlessly as possible. 15 business days from the incident to payment of the claim, thank you!

Tara Allen was the person in charge of my case. A tree fell on top of my Toyota Rav 4. She was very efficient and maintaining in contact with me and my agent Micheal from BR knuckles. At the time I was in the hospital, and they took care of everything for me, including paperwork by email, car rental, appraisal, picking up total vehicle, all in a very professional and fast manner. Totaled out my new car that was NOT totaled. Car drove perfect, there was a large dent on the passenger side door from where I was hit. No frame damage! The insurance company will give you a option to have their appraiser estimate the damages or you can take your car to a body shop and have them send the insurance company the estimated damage value. Auto Owners appraiser estimated the cost of damages to be $9,500 just shy over the amount of damages to where my car would be totaled go figure. I pleaded against this and got 2 other estimates on my car both from reliable body shops that were willing to fix my car and estimated damages to be $4k and the other shop $5k. Auto Owners would not compromise with me or the body shops even after getting 2 estimates that were lower than 75% of my cars
