Auto-Owners Insurance Greensboro Claims

From the time I made a claim after hitting a deer, Auto Owners took care of us. We had a rental car on no time, we were given frequent updates over we took our car to the shop for repairs. I appreciated being able to work through this via text messaging. It was just so easy. The vehicle was eventually totaled and I expected a lot of issues. We've had nothing but help this whole time. I highly recommend these folks! I am a real reviewer btw.

When I say Ms Heather Harper should have an application submitted for sainthood, I mean that in a way that simply cannot be conveyed in words, but I will do my best. From the begging of the process she was knowledgeable and informed (yes she did her job, some of you may want to take notes with that being said) but she not only did that, she also listened to me ramble on endlessly with all of the stress associated with the entire process. However she is solely responsible for making sure the stress with our experience was mitigated to the best of her control. Y’all need to give her a raise.

My claim for sudden water damage was unfairly denied after they misinterpreted my water bill and ignored clear evidence showing the leak was short-term. Their investigation was delayed, and communication was poor throughout. I expected fairness and competence but received neither. I hope Auto-Owners improves its claim review process and takes homeowner evidence seriously in the future.
