I bought a car with a couple issues that they would have fixed for free, because I just got it. that never happened. the people in sales are the WORST i’ve ever dealt with, FIRSTLY theres a condescending woman there (for lack of a better term) that assumes i’m stupid and doesn’t know how a dealership is supposed to work, telling me price changes mid repair by hundreds of dollars are normal, and that they didn’t have time to call me about it. another guy there kept telling me that the 10 codes my car was throwing is ALL computer issues, when there is grinding coming from under the hood, emissions leaking and driving incredibly rough on the road! and to top it off, there were multiple hidden issues with this car that I was never told about when I got it. like the steering cage being loose, e

What a disgusting human being that works as a sales manager at the Victor, NY location. The woman was rude, combative, and an absolute nightmare. We bought a 2019 Honda Pilot that had a transmission surge from the day we brought it home. We had it verified by the shop foreman at auction direct who said it indeed was the issue and should be corrected. Long story short this woman decided that auction direct would only cover a software flash but not the fluid drain and fill that was the actual cause of the condition. The flash charges .4 hours of labor but the drain and fill x 3 would be over 500 dollars. When I reminded her that we had literally just spend 30k dollars with them she laughed in my face and asserted she had spent over 80k dollars on her vehicle. I'm glad this location is closin

Extremely satisfied with my experience with Auction Direct! I was trying to get a vehichle through about 4 other places with no luck, all the while dealing with incompetent sales reps who failed to return my calls and lacked any compassion towards my needs. It wasnt until I spoke with Mike Monello at Auction Direct that all my problems were solved. He helped me take care of all my credit issues and helped me get into the car my family and I were looking for!
