Atlass insurance group has always been the when I called or emailed. Lindsey kaspriske has been my agent. She’s Always quick to respond to my questions about adding the ship yard to the policy, hurricane planning, or survey questions that I have had come up. Never any issues with giving me straight forward answers. Notifications when the policy needed to be renewed. She is very kind helpful and informative when answering any of my specific questions about the policy. Look forward to doing business with Atlass in the future.

Cancelled my insurance with the sale of my boat end of February. Customer with this company for 13 years. After repeated calls, followups, vague non answers and frustration, got to speak to manager Scott Stampar, who explained there was a problem with accounting, and I could expect the check the following week. 4 weeks later, I finally received the balance of my paid premium. This is 3 1/2 months after notifying them I'd cancelled my insurance. Wonder if they would accept a premium payment 3 1/2 months late?

The agents do not want to be there. Its hard to get assistance. I asked to speak with a manager and was given a lady named Lindsay and she hung up on me. Overall -1000 out of a possible score of 10.

run, don't walk from this company. total scam operation, working out of one room office that needs cleaning. get the picture?
