If I had the opportunity choose another insurance. Company upon closing my home , yet I would quickly. Being a disabled veteran they increase my policy and I had claim from storm damages they refuse fix my damages. If I was you I run find another insurance agency. Im mackie maynor, and this is a web name i use as I said before I wish I would found a different insurance company to cover my home. When a insurance company steadily receives money and never pay out on a claim I feel that's not fair to the insured person. I still give a one star rating.

So y'all are just gonna pull my payment the same day I receive the letter in the mail about a price increase on my home insurance?? Before considering this company people, please know that you will be speaking with the MOST unprofessional and rudest people I've ever spoken to. I remember calling one time just to ask a quick question about a possible claim and was met with a "yeah, what about it". No joke! I've done customer service for 15+ years and this company and the people who work there are 🗑🗑🗑 I'm also noticing that whomever is responding to the low reviews is doing a deep dive into people's Google accounts. Where was that energy when I had a question about fixing my roof. Sheesh. Seriously people, they're not even BBB accredited. That should say enough.

Atlas is a wonderful company! They have a great Customer Service team, their Claims Department is very helpful when it comes to the claims process and questions I may have. Also, their Billing Department is full of very friendly reps who are always willing to help with billing questions and needs. I would highly recommend this company, as they are always going above and beyond for their customer!

I have had Atlas General Agency for my homeowners insurance since purchasing my home in 2016. We have had no issues at all with them. We had to file a claim last year for a water leak and Jessica Callan our claim rep was extremely helpful and available with any question or concern I had. I would recommend Atlas General Agency to anyone looking for homeowners coverage.
