Atlantic American Employee Benefits/Banker's Fidelity Insurance Company has delayed processing my claim using several tactics. I filed my claim online on their website on 06/29/24 which took over 3 hours to enter all information they requested and scan in all documents and receipts. I received a confirmation email on 06/30/24 that my claim had been received and would be processed, I logged into my account on 07/08/24 to check progress and found no record of my claim. I called that day and was told to give until the end of the week 07/12/24 for the claim to be scanned into their system. Still no claim. I called to inquire and was assured that a supervisor would call back the same day. Meanwhile, I received an email stating that no claim was filed, and requesting me to fax 100+ pages

They are Crooks.They tell lies 24 hours a day. They can't keep up with their own lies. They sent me a letter claiming that my employer discontinue services with the company, but the employee can continue coverage by paying them directly. Well what a big mistake. I sent all of the required information for my four policies. They took funds out of my account for only two policies 3 times in the month of March,2026. Once I required information regarding the other 2 policies I was told on 3/18/2026 that the policies were canceled due to my payment being declined. But let alone they were still taking funds out of my accout. They knew that I was trying to file a claim on the hospital Indemnity plan, so they took it upon themselves to cancel my policy without informing me of anything. I will
