The worst customer service ever.. waisted my time , stressed me, not English speaker and needed help form the lady on the counter to translate. I keep tell her only use english but she keeps throwing Spanish. They took lunch breaks in different hour each day. Last month I had to come 3 days in a raw in different time to catch them but didn’t work. Today I came at 2:50 and found a note that she is coming back at 3:40. I waited bc I don’t want what happened last month occur again. Guess what! Upon her arrival, I asked for house insurance to be with my car insurance, she told me she might not able to help me because she had to call two other customers😐 what about my time that I waisted here ?? This is unprofessional. At the end she argued that the company has no home insurance for rented hous

The WORRRSSSTTTTT insurance agency ever!!!! They don’t understand ANYTHING!!!! Literally called in to pay my insurance and let them know why i was calling and the rep just placed me on hold stating “Okay I’ll call the insurance company for you now “ but alll he did was transfer me to Jesus! Jesus gets on the line and ask “Ms why are you calling “? Well what the heck did i just spend the last 15mins explaining to the previous rep!! Then Jesus starts arguing with me and hangs up the line on me. I call back and he says “This is not slavery time. I don’t care if you’re upset. “ He continues to cut me off!! The worsssssstt customer service you could ever experience!!! When the customer gets upset because of their lack of organization and understanding they want to blame the customer and act one

awful service! phone calls are never answered, when we have to renew ,it takes her a while because she is focused on personal calls .

They never open at the time is supposed to be open. They take forever to make a simple payment.
