Audit went to legal dispute because they had the wrong address on file…. Never sent me any documents and instead pursued debt collection. Once NCCI became involved and the errors were admitted, the audit orocess was easy. Why would this company not ATTEMPT to discuss with the policy holder first? Terrible company, horrible customer service, I can’t say ENOUGH bad things about Aregrity

This company is deceptive and uses policy control to virtually extort more money after an initial policy is established. Please god do yourself a favor & avoid these people like the plague

Customer got injured in November 29th 2023 chemical I spray injury they have a lot of deceitful for practice bad faith practice did voicemail messages to leave messages they show no concern of returning calls the place where the incident occurred since they are the third party to how did the policy for the restaurant where the incident occurred they do not care about senior citizens injuries zero scale rating not good to deal with this insurance company

I have been trying to resolve a claim I filed 9 months ago. Neil Takahashi, Victoria Coriolan, and Shobie Barnes are by far the most deceitful and unprofessional insurance agents I have ever dealt with. I will be filing a suit going forward.
