I had this insurance company in 2021 during Hurricane Ida, when the sewers backed up and damaged the basements. They sent out an adjuster to look at the damage but later determined that the sewer backup was due to Hurricane Ida and that do not cover hurricane damage. Do yourself a favor and do not go with them. The 3-year fixed price policy may seem enticing but it is worthless when you need them.

I spoke to the representative that holds herself to a manager, Tiffany talks over and only one minute phone call. I explained to her you have 2.2 rating on google can you help anyone ? I will be reporting them to district attorney‘s office for doing shady business to paying customers Same adjuster they sent two times he got paid and that’s the reason my insurance is being canceled no claims paid and dropping my policy and not going to be renewing it. I wish I could give them zero star. I was able to get better insurance company with a brand name like Allstate with Hurricane coverages for almost the same money and with a lot better customer service do not give your business to these people

Great insurance company, don't listen to these on here. All of these bad reviews are from customers that don't realize that in order to service a policy you must contact the agent that you purchased the policy from. You cannot contact a wholesale agency as they are not even allowed to communicate directly with retail customers. You also cannot contact the carrier directly. You always must go through the agent you purchased the policy from. Its not the insurance carriers fault if your agent isn't picking up the phone.

This is the worst insurance company, I tried to contact the agent ( SIMON AGENGY) no response, my Morgage company also tried to contact agent no response, I spoke to a representative at the Associated Mutual Company and they couldn’t care if I canceled my policy because I explained that my Morgage company was going to bill or change my homeowners insurance if they didn’t receive my renewal documents, but the Associated rep made sure that she said they got paid. I am done. I would give them a zero if I could.
