I would not use them if I had insurance needs. Unprofessional - unorganized - ... I only worked there for 3 weeks bc that’s all I could tolerate. On my 2nd day literally - I was treated most rudely and unprofessionally to the point it would have warranted walking out. The only reason I didn’t was the owner (Patty) is a sweetheart. Her employees - unprofessional, rude and a disgrace to customer service. These people she has working for her will be the demise of her business. Sadly.
Love patty she was an amazing boss a woman in general love her.
