Ms. Boy is nice, she can speak Vietnamese, which is very helpful for my parents. My mom said Boy explained the coverage to her clearly, she never knew how was her insurance with prior agent.

Been with this Insurance Agency for many years. Their service is the best! Very friendly, helpful Agent and Staff! They can speak English, Chinese and Vietnamese. The insurance premium is reasonable and fair, they have different insurance companies to quote for Home, Auto, Rental, even commercial. No hard sale which I really like.

Terrible and wouldn't recommend them. Go elsewhere. They only cause problems for you and your vehicle, they also have no idea what they're doing for paperwork. They WILL cause issues for your car. I've never had a car insurance like this. The amount of trouble, and also lied about costs for insurance for vehicles. Insurance cost is almost double here than my previous insurance.
