I was buying a condo for my mother and the mortgage company was attempting to increase our coverage due to underwriting which would have substantially increased the premium. They are friendly, timely, and, most importantly, knowledgeable. When my old agency got bought out by a large firm, I got tired of 1-800 numbers, email forms, and inconstant customer service, and I am happy I switched to Ashland Insurance. It was also surprisingly easy to do; I wish I had done it sooner. It also saved me money, which is always a plus.

Unlike A-affordable, they made a point to mention windshield protection and gap insurance, ect ; little things like that to consider.... They also take the time to explain it .
