Incredibly frustrating, 5+ month long process to get long term disability insurance, all to have them bait and switch us at the end with several policy amendments that made the whole thing pointless.
Very modern new impressive multifunctional building. There are many bussinesses and service offered there. The restaurant on the first floors food smells awesome there is a YMCA next door as well as various office places.
Did a fabulous job of processing my policy surrender in a very efficient manner. Great written communication along the way.
One of the company's employees is harassing me.
