Arvid Bean - State Farm Insurance Agent

I "inherited" Arvid Bean and State Farm when my wife and I got married. Her family has been doing business with this group for many years, and they have always gotten great service. I'm really glad I switched and that she stayed put with Arvid and his folks. They're always friendly and quick to pick up the phone or return a message. We recently filed a claim for hail damage, and the entire process went smoothly and fairly. The adjuster came from out of state, and he was also friendly and great about explaining his findings. He also took time to explain how we would receive the insurance payout. We've all had experience with companies that treat their customers like dirt. You're not going to experience that with this company. You'll be treated like a friend and someone to be valued.
