Jennye Daniel greeted me when I just walked into the office. She was very knowledgeable and helpful as I was considering changing our auto insurance company after being with them since 2007. Shame on me for waiting so long to compare rates! She rated a policy with exactly the same coverage. Get ready for this…… We are saving $8000.00 per year going with State Farm auto coverage. Excellent customer service! I moved to Rockport, Texas almost two years ago to be near my aging mother. I changed State Farm agents for my auto and life insurance coverage to Arthur Cantu's business in Rockport Plaza near the Rockport Mail Center. The staff at his office are always so friendly and professional. (on a personal note) There have been times that I've struggled with finances and Debbie always kept me up to date with friendly little reminders if I was running late on payments. She has such a kind and genuine personality that I always welcome and appreciate her calls. I feel no pressure from Debbie only that she understands my situation and really cares to keep me informed to prevent any loss of coverage, further costs or difficulties.
