Art Gonzalez: Allstate Insurance

“Anne” has the worse customer service ever. Nonprofessional. Rude. I wonder why employers keep these kind of people around. Unbelievable.

Not friendly or welcoming And they gave me the wrong year for insurance card... So now, im in the wrong I was not upset And i was told that i could go to any allstate office for insurance cards... As for going to your location I will try to remember not to go there, for as you, your employees represent you, and you writing to me as if my fault for going is not right... So long.

Well, looks like my review was deleted. No surprise there. As mentioned before, things were good with this agency until they weren’t. Please don’t go here as mentioned in other reviews. I hadn’t had issues with the other workers. The owner’s daughter was rude with this whole situation. I requested the people added to my policy to be removed and she printed requests for me to sign that they be added as excluded drivers. I pointed this out to her and she said she couldn’t help any further and to call 1-800 number and they would be held liable for making that change to my policy. Unfortunately, these calls were routed back to this office where she kept hanging up on me. Very unprofessional and don’t recommend anyone to go to this office whatsoever. This office is extremely unprofessional. Highly advise using another company or another Allstate agent. I would never recommend this specific office based on my experience.

Today I call to speak with this agent art and a girl with name Ann she told me the art doesn't speak with customers and she transfer the call to the manager which she mention many times she is the manager and start making fun of me she also told me I can transfer to another agent if I don't like the way there are allstate is trash with keeping this bad customer service this is trash I been 17 years with this company and I cant even be able to speak to the agent was wrong with this company
