I experienced 30 seconds of interaction with this man during the worst week of my life, after my mother has been murdered. Not only was he wildly unhelpful, he was rude, and even hung up on me. I will be cancelling all my plans with Allstate because of this interaction. I held life insurance, car insurance, and home insurance. I will recommend everyone I speak to cancel with Allstate. I will do anything I can to deter people from this man's business. Thank you for making the worst week of my life even harder.
