Arlisher Jones: Allstate Insurance

I wish I could 0 stars, DO NOT WORK WITH THIS AGENT/AGENCY. This agency has the worst customer service. My policy went up from $350 to $750/mo just on my auto policy with no explanation. I asked Arlisher to give me a call. I have tried to reach her for over 2months about this and I have not received any communication on any new information of the policy increase. I called every single day, sent emails and only received a “I’ll call you back” but never got the call. When I called the agency to get permission to switch agencies, I spoke with Mr. Wynn and he was blatantly rude and hung up on me mid conversation. Glad I’m taking my business elsewhere

DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! Zero stars would be more appropriate for this agency. They confirmed my homeowners insurance and then turned around and cancelled citing “because I have only homeowners and not auto insurance with them”. This was always an option and not a requirement through out the conversations prior to setting up the policy. I still don’t have clarity on the matter till now. Arlisher could not even contact me and was completely unreachable.

Mrs Arlisher Jones is very rude and unprofessional. She constantly over talks you will not allow you to finish your sentence. I call on behalf of my father and try to elaborate to her he does not comprehend very well. When I offered to include him on the phone call. She then proceeded say it wouldn't do any good. So at this point what do you expect me to, Mrs Jones clearly had no intentions of helping. Take your business elsewhere and you will not have to deal with the angry black women attitude.

So far so good. I moved to her from another agent. I worked with her directly and she was good. She was able to get me a quote for adding insurance on my wife's wedding ring in 15mins. Very professional and thorough.

The entire office staff is rude and unprofessional with the exception of Arlisher Jones. Chris is rude and seems not to care at all about the concerns of the customer. All you can ask is that a staff show some concern, sympathy and contrition when it comes to the customer’s needs not being met. This staff shows none of the above. Ms. Jones should consider a more professional staff! If I hadn’t already paid my full insurance premium I would take my business elsewhere. It’s always funny how if you are late paying a bill late fees and lapse in coverage is what they give you, but when they owe you, the customer is supposed to show such patience. It’s a shame!!
