She is compassionate, understanding, caring, patient and knowledgeable, which are all qualities that are helpful and appreciated when you are trying to find what works best for everyone in your family. What I will always be grateful to Sheri for is that even though I was not able to switch to her agency at the time my policies were up for renewal due to complicating circumstances she understood and reassured me that all the time she spent with me was still worth it because it allowed me to see that there were other more reasonable and better options out there for me when I am ready to renew next year.
