If I only I could give 0 stars. Useless people. Some how managed to give me insurance ID cards without having insurance. Luckily this was just for me to register something and there were no accidents. They took my money, gave me fake insurance cards, and now I need to wait until of office closes to have my money refunded. Will never even shop around for another policy through Allstate because of the company's lack of customers service, ability to issue insurance, and the ease of getting help.
April and her staff are professional, courteous, and effective. They know their policies and are very easy to work with through changes because of their genuine care for the customer.
Great insurance, never had any issues
