April Showers - State Farm Insurance Agent

April Showers has been my insurance agent for several years! She is so professional, which is why I have multiple policies with her (i.e. car insurance, renter insurance, disability policy, and life insurance). She is VERY responsive and extremely personable! I love receiving the birthday card that she sends me every year ❤️ I LOVE having her as my agent! She’s absolutely THE BEST and so is her team!!!!!

If you live in the local Long Beach area, April Showers State Farm is your one stop shop for insurance needs! I always call and occasionally go in the office with my kids and she is always so welcoming and informative. She has things to keep the kids occupied while I handle my business. Absolutely love her and her staff!

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Made my mother feel discriminated against over the phone when she obviously became annoyed and upset that my mother needed a Spanish speaker. We were trying to add on another new vehicle on May 24th to our existing policy. We have home, life and about 4 vehicles insured with State Farm. That obviously did not matter to her. I had to get on the phone for my mother and I asked the Lord to grant me patience and strength to deal with her. She was even embarrassingly rude over the phone to the sales agent that helped us at the dealership we were buying a car from. We ended off with arguing over faxing the policy to the dealership so I can drive off already. She insisted she would email the new policy to us even when I asked for it to be faxed. A very stressfu

I was a client of April showers for a few years and everything was great, until it was brought to my attention she was disclosing personal information of mine to a third party. Totally unethical, and unprofessional. Due to her carelessness and breach of confidentially, she has caused a unnecessary amout of stress and confusion in my personal life. I will not ever work with Ms. Showers again nor can I recommend her or state Farm due to my own personal experience.
