My fiance and I have been going through Apna insurance for the last 6 months. One of their agents, Koy, has been nothing but helpful. I really appreciate all the work she has done for us. At times we have been needy customers and she has always been more than patient with us and willing to find us the best policy. If we ever have to leave progressive I will be truely sad to lose her!
Great customer service, but I'm not totally happy with my policy. This is a clear case of: "Quality not Quantity"
