I recently had the opportunity to meet with Taylor, and it was the best experience I have ever had regarding health insurance. He made it so easy and was so incredibly nice and knowledgeable. He made something so frustrating to me super simple, and I am very appreciative of that and for all of his help. From now on if anyone asks me who to go to for insurance needs, I am sending them to Taylor.

Taylor is awesome! So kind and patient with me, has to repeat himself so many times and never gets upset with me! 🤣. He’s helped us with health insurance for our staff, our personal health insurance, life insurance, and with my dad’s! He’s prompt when getting back to me, much better than I am getting back w him! Knowledgeable about all the insurances he covers but he’s not afraid to tell me if we need something he can’t do. He gets me in touch with another agent to take care of our needs. And he will research anything he doesn’t know. You couldn’t ask for a better person to work with when you have to do stuff you really don’t want to do.when I talk to Taylor, it’s like talking to a part of my family! After looking at this year’s insurance prices I was really overwhelmed to find an insurance that worked for me. Lee took all of my needs into consideration and worked to find me a plan that suited everything I needed. He was clear and thorough in his communication and patient with everything I desired from a plan. He really took the emotional burden off of my husband and I this year and saved us around $200 a month from the other plans I was looking at. Would definitely recommend.
