AON is completely uselsess, DO NOT purchase their service with a cruise. Our family missed a cruise ship due to airline cancellation (SPIRIT) and AON refuses to reimburse us for the missed cruise. Their explanation? They don't cover "airline maintenance issues resulting in cancellations" they also will not reimburse the cost of the insurance. Avoid AON

I used AON travel insurance from Carnival for my cruise in case I needed to cancel, And the cruise we choose to take was like very many of them going to destinations that were unsafe so we cancelled more than the 90 days in advance and this company was so determined to not help with the refund I had to do it myself in which I did and won the decision and had my money returned except what the insurance cost me. So now the question that so many others have been asking is WHY PAY FOR THIS INS. WHEN THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. All they do is take your money and basically ignore you I will never use them again plain and simple if I have to do all of their job why do I really need to pay them for something they will not do. Also Carnival is very reluctant to give money back also and this is the seco
