got my plates processed today, and the lady who helped me was really nice! She answered all my questions and explained how I’ll be getting my plates in the mail.

Hands down, the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I came here almost a month ago to register an out of state vehicle. The person I spoke with, Miguel, told me that my title and plates would be ready that same afternoon and would call me when ready. Nearing closing time, I had not received a call, and no one answered when I called the office. I went back to the office and Miguel told me the plates were not ready, but would be by the next day. Next day, no phone call, no answer when I called the office, and the office was closed. Two days later and Miguel tells me that I need to bring in my bill of sale before before I can get a new title. I bring the bill of sale and get the same runaround for another week. Now, he tells me that I need to have the vehicle inspected,

Too busy, won’t call you with updates unless you call them. Just go next door, they’ve been there longer with more experience. This place won’t last.

First experience was so smooth and easy really no problems at all as well as my second time registering 2 new vehicles. Thanks
