Antonio Vela - State Farm Insurance Agent

Go with anyone else but them. Worst agent, they never never never pick up their calls. I had to switch agents when I finally paid attention to my invoices from them because when I had accident (not my fault, got rear ended me)they were no help they had a vehicle I specifically asked Liability and they were charging full coverage 2012 vehicle fyi, and were “forgetting” to give the credit on my upcoming bill. We’re horrible when I had my first accident at 27, made my life stressful on a full coverage vehicle. When I purchased a new vehicle, they added it twice! Then…. Relapsed my insurance from their mistakes! When I asked to switch agents because I had enough they took off full coverage on my newest vehicle! Go with anyone but them!!!!

Doesn't ever ever pick up the phone, as other reviews mention. I sent them an email, no response after two weeks. Tried using the State Farm website, no response. Tried calling State Farm customer service, they also wouldn't pick up for them either. Worst State Farm agent I've ever dealt with. Transferring agents ASAP. Why State Farm lets this office stay open is beyond me.

The worst insurance agent I have ever dealt with, my work place needs my new insurance policy and I been trying to get antonio vela to send it to me for this past 4 days. No answer, if I loose any days of work because of this guy I will be filling a formal complaint.

Awful communication! They want your money but no follow up or helping. After 40+ yrs with State Farm, this is the worst office/agent I have ever encountered and will change ASAP! There are good agents out there, but not Antonio’s office.

The experience with this insurance agent was awful. Attempts to connect were like a maze, constantly redirected to different agents, never reaching Antonio. Even when requesting a personal conversation, the response came through text messages, adding to the communication chaos. Let’s just say we’ve been dealing with this unprofessional nonsense for 5 months now! What are we paying for?!
