Anthony Falso: Allstate Insurance

Motorcycle totaled in a fatality but because I did not send him an email ( didn't know I had to) and assumed the policy was canceled, had to pay for insurance another 6 months Poor communication and insurance was still not canceled even after I sent him an email. I had to send another email asking for confirmation of cancellation. Little assistance with pending claim and advised ME to call the other insurance policy directly despite knowing it was a fatality.

My husband and I have home and auto here. I’ve had to contact the agency over and over again to correct the name on my auto ID card (my name keeps changing when new policy dates are initiated). They can’t tell me why this is repeatedly happening. Email(s) directly to Anthony Falso were never answered and seemingly ignored. I had to call in and speak to another agent. This is a waste of my time, and danger to me if I get pulled over b/c my legal name doesn’t match the insurance information. It’s corrected for now (after an email and two calls - for the third time!). If this happens again I’m going elsewhere!

This trash company was harassing and when I called to be removed from their mailing list they were rude and hung up on me. Awful company!

I have been with Anthony for years and have always gotten the best service from him and his staff. A few years ago my wife was in a car accident, I went and picked her up from the scene and went home it was 10:00pm and we received a phone call it was Anthony calling to make sure she was ok and nobody was hurt that has always stuck with me all these years later!!!!!

I could not have asked for faster or more helpful service. I was only looking for homeowners insurance, but I was so much happier with the assistance I received from Anthony Falso than my auto agent, I switched my car insurance at the same time. Anthony is very knowledgeable and really went out of his way to help me meet an important deadline. Again, I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided.
