Anthony Clemento: Allstate Insurance

I can honestly say I love my insurance company. Not sure if it's just Clemento group or Allstate in general, but I alway end up smiling when I'm talking to them. I recently had the pleasure of talking to a very warm, friendly, and funny woman named Gina.C. who has helped me above and beyond anything that was expected. And even though I've had Allstate for over 7yrs and have had exceptional service, Gina. C. is the reason I felt I should give my review. With the customer service I've received with this company, I will be with Allstate home & auto for a long time.

I have been with the company for years even through ownership transition, the service has been ok, I wish as a customer, agent relationship the company kept you abreast of coverages best to sit your needs, and find ways to save you money instead of going up tremendously every year. saving money and better coverages is always my deciding factor whether I stay or go.

Switched over thinking I was going to save money was with them for three months and they upped my bill $50 in three months bunch of rip offs and bullshit people looks like I gotta go back to my nationwide or elsewhere Horrible unprofessional

It's been a whole mess ever since I decided to add car insurance with these people.. if I write everything it will become a novel.. 1st of all Anthony rarely calls you back.. he leaves the job to Gina.. look after almost 18 years with this house insurance I'm going to switch.. because they really messed up .. I had to call these people multiple times to fix different types of issues with car insurance.. I shouldn't have added car insurance with them.. I can't smh

Awful awful awful, the most unprofessional experience possible. Anthony Clemento is not competent for his job.
