I've worked with this agency for more than 2 decades. Fortunately, nothing more challenging/difficult than car accidents. Regardless, they're always friendly and quick to answer my questions and quite helpful and efficient/timely when I have a claim.

We have been with this agent since 2009 when we bought our first home and car as newlyweds. In Feb 2025, I was in a terrible accident that wasn't my fault (a man ran a stop sign) and I would have given this agent a 5 star amazing review then. I get emotional when I say that I got off the phone with them today and learned that I am now liable for this accident. It is with great disappointment in something I felt safe with to say they no longer have my interests in mind. The man who hit me got a lawyer and they let it go to arbitration without informing me so I couldn't even share my story (and SF paid him $27,500 for medical injuries way after the accident without my knowledge). I am disgusted and lost in what I feel is criminal considering the emotional (and physical, but minor) torment I
