Decided to arbitrarily cancel my wife's auto insurance and not notify us until almost a week later. Why? Because she didn't respond to text message inquiring about whether or not our daughter still lived at home. Didn't send letter, like they did when it was cancelled, and didn't make a simple phone call. Started with John over 30 years ago and when asked to have the insurance put back on the vehicle, well it was going to take their "underwriters" a a day or two to get this done. Even though if I went out and bought a new vehicle, I could have insurance in a few minutes. So, we are now AAA members with the same prices and monthly payments.
