I called to cancel my homeowners, Pat was to snail mail me cancelation docs. I had to google search forms and fax it. My escrow is set to pay both old/new policy. P.S. My name isn't Virginia. You wasted nearly 3 weeks to finally EMAIL me this and with the wrong name filled in? You kept me waiting for snail mail that never came. And a blank fax, really? When excuses sound pathetic, you throw your own son under the bus? I was ready to renew with YOU until I found a better policy at a lower price. Things that make you go hmm!
