I have been with this agency (under the previous and current owner) since 1981! Wonderful people. They have always been responsive, helpful, and concerned about my needs. A special shout-out to Karen Guthrie, the person I always ask for when I call. She is an unfailingly cheerful problem solver! I would not change, even for a cheaper alternative. These guys are worth it.

It is always a pleasure dealing with the Andre Smith Allstate Office and with representative Karen Guthrie. She is always very professional and helpful. I needed her to forward proof of coverage to my condo. It was done expeditiously.

Shout out to Diana Martinez at Andre Smith Allstate insurance in Algonquin, IL. Diana is always super responsive when we need changes or updates to our policies. And recently, she researched and recommended a very clever coverage approach that allowed us to maintain (and slightly improve) our auto coverage while saving a fair amount of money. She really went above and beyond the call of duty with this effort.

With some maneuvering (and getting my son's name on the title of his car) and setting my son up on his own policy we were able to save over $300 a month.
