Ana Borrego - State Farm Insurance Agent

I was interested in renters insurance. I noticed Angelica had several post of services offered at her work. I contacted her and she sent me a quote, which was half of what my current insurance company was charging. She was very professional, proficient and friendly with no pressuring me into buying a policy. I will definitely be referring anyone that I know to give her a call.

On my way to work, my car suddenly stalled in front of a traffic light during the lunch rush hour. I was needing to move my car from the street and could not immediately locate the number for roadside assistance. I called my State Farm agents office and thankfully Alexia Macedo answered and gave me the information I needed as well as reminding me to turn on my hazard lights. Alexia was very helpful with everything and really made a big difference in me staying calm. Thank you so much to Alexia Macedo and State Farm.

Insurance premium went from $300 per month to over $1,000 per month. Wrote Ana about this two days ago and have yet to receive a response. This is one of the MANY issues we have had with this firm. I need someone to respond immediately.
