I have many multiple policies with SF; Amy is well versed in all insurance aspects and her staff is always a pleasure to work with; if you're shopping around give them a look over as overall premiums are very competitive.

I was a loyal customer of Amy's insurance services for over 15 years. I expected that after such a long relationship, she would at least contact me when I chose not to renew my policy, whether to inquire about my reasons or simply to express appreciation for my business. Despite multiple requests for a call, I haven't heard from her. While she may have positive reviews from current clients, I would caution potential customers to consider that she may not maintain contact with those who no longer use her services.
