I stumbled upon Amy’s office when I realized that I had been paying too much for my insurance premium. The agent who answered my call was Jingmei, and she is one of the most, if not the most, thoughtful and informative insurance specialists I have dealt with in my life. She has a very patient and caring demeanor, ensuring that every concern and question is given full attention. After working with her for over three years, I recognize that the client manager I work with is just as important as the premium I pay on a regular basis, because the hassle Jingmei has saved me and the discounts she proactively researched and applied for me have made the entire insurance process effortless. Here, I genuinely feel cared for by everyone in the office. Hats off to Jingmei and Amy!
