DENIED Part of my HOA dues pay to keep the trees in my neighborhood trimmed so they do not inhibit public driving on public roads. Also, part of my HOA dues goes to pay the required insurance premiums in an event of an incident/accident which is caused by negligence on the part of the HOA. AM Trust North America adjusters (my HOA Insurance provider) just denied my claim to fix the roof of my new RV, which was caused by this untrimmed tree, which is clearly over a public road because……WAIT FOR

Do NOT work with this company. They give their support agents zero power to take care of the customer and their agents constantly use the excuse "leadership does not give us the authority to take care of that." Felicia was my agent over the phone and let me know that Jasmine is the "leader" she spoke with.

If I could give this company zero stars - I would. I paid $3000 for an extended warranty and when my transmission went out - they refused to pay and terminated my coverage without my approval. I have fought for 4 months and been promised a refund check - and still have not received a full refund. Each week they say, "one more week and you'll have your check"...it's a sham company and it's a shame that GM licenses their products.

The organization cancelled my policy due to non payment. After six months of non payment they never called me. They never emailed me. But when it came time to fix the truck they of course reminded me that payment wasn't made and a reinstatement would have to occur. Bumper to bumper did not include my driver seat or my stereo. I do not recommend this company.

Extremely unprofessional organization. The bumper on the car was damaged in the accident and had to be replaced. Then they left me with over $100 of the bill because of what they called “betterment”. Their client was responsible for the accident, the bumper had to be replaced and they refused to pay the total bumper replacement. Then their agent Lesley was extremely belittling of my son on the phone. Never would I recommend them and just hope you don’t ever have to deal with them.
