This is the most unprofessional insurance company I have ever dealt with. Claims adjusters don’t respond to email, phone or text. Even MANAGERS don’t respond to email, phone or text unless you send them a few emails back to back which will then prompt a reply with no help. If you ever have a claim I would be prepared for a long journey where your vehicle sits and nothing is done about it while you steadily lose income and stuck paying expenses on an inoperable truck. This company needs to seriously investigate its incompetent management team and leaders. Joey Flores, the manager I am dealing with cannot be reached. It has been well over a month since a claim was submitted and no one can seem to provide me with any resonates. They had their own adjuster review the vehicle remotely then said

Total Scam. They keep you in a constant loop with any kind of help or solution. Hour to get anyone on the phone just to give you a BS answer. Unless you want to sign up. All sorts of one liners to convince you to join. Don't do it.

I have been dealing with this company for 8 months now and they are completely useless. They do not do their job, no one has any idea what the other is doing. Dealing with them has been (and still is) pure hell.

Have an employee still waiting after 6 months for surgery. Amtrust does not communicate with anyone to say they are incompetent is not even close to what these people are!! Useless

I was in a wreck with there policyholder hit from behind. Now they are trying to give me the run around giving me different peoples numbers. I’m taking you guys to court about mines.
