We’ve had the pleasure of working with Michael for our homeowners insurance and Juana for our car insurance and these two have been a perfect representation of how a company should work with their customers. First let me start with Jauna because that is how we first came to learn about Amtex. When we first were urgently seeking new car insurance Jauna was swift and found us new insurance at the most affordable rate ever! The manager at Amtex–Yulissa helped me get my insurance and even provided me with an even cheaper quote than the original quote she gave me just a few days earlier. Yulissa was very kind and made sure I got all my documents signed and delivered and she made sure to stay on the phone with me until all was completed and I got my insurance cards on email. She was perfect and gave 10/10 customer service.

Ms. Vanessa went above and BEYOND to help me with my auto policy. I had trouble getting my own policy under my name. She was able to help me out, and kept up with me all month of December!!!
