Called to report a vehicle accident and the lady who answered the phone was very rude. She was irritated from the start when I said I needed help with filing a claim. She then said they are an “agency” and not an insurance company. She gave me the number for an entirely different company to call. I asked her why she couldn’t help she said “we don’t do nothing here….” and then hung up. I tried to call back and was hung up on 2-3 more times before I gave up. Another shady insurance company. Horrible customer service.

Small bumper damage and amigo insurance along with American freedom who they farmed out to stall my claim for months and then offer menial amount. Horrible insurance nonchalant and rude.
