Ames Insurance

I had insurance through Ames insurance for years, and they gradually raised it. Long story short , I was able to save a considerable amount annually elsewhere. I would say keep an eye on them and definitely keep them honest.

Woman on the phone said that they were "sticking their necks out for us" by insuring our new home until we could get the electrical panel from fuses to breakers changed. Heather, from State Farm, never even brought that up!! She was extremely pleasant and helpful. I've used Tim Kammer for 18 years for home and auto and will never go elsewhere.

Great as always. Transferred plates and insurance from one truck to another. They faxed the insurance documents to the DMV and I simply had to pick up the new registration. Couldn't have been easier! Thanks DeAnna.

I have know Tom Ames for a long time, customer for about 9 years. The entire staff are friendly and work to find a good quote for you.

They write my insurance. I would have given it 5 stars but I when we were looking for additional insurance they never called back as they promised, multiple calls, multiple promises to call right back. 2 months latter Mr Ames called to say they couldn't write it. This after my last call contained a threat to move to another agency.
