American Transit Insurance Company

Their client hit me. He didn't stop at a stop sign while I was driving on the main road and hit me. Despite this, they accuse me of being 50% at fault because the other driver doesn't admit his guilt. They don't care about my video evidence which clearly proves my innocence. If anyone has had a similar incident with this company, please let me know so that we can work together to insure against these unscrupulous scammers.

This company is a group of scammers. Even though an Uber taxi rear-ended my car while I was stopped at a traffic light, they say that I am 50% at fault. What’s even worse is that it has been three years since the accident, and I still haven’t received the repair costs. Even more outrageous, they claim they sent the check twice, but no one has ever received it. They also refuse to provide any proof that the checks were actually sent. As a result, I have been driving a dented car for two years. Why does New York City allow a group of scammers like this to continue operating? Shouldn’t a company like this be sued collectively? The more I think about it, the more infuriating and outrageous it is. This insurance company’s very existence causes harm to countless people.

This has been the absolute worst experience in my life. 1, I can never get them on the phone. 2, the call back feature don’t work (I can never hear them on the other line when they do pick up ) 3, if on hold for for more than 10 min just hang up. They take 2 month 2 Address the claim. Which basically forces you to use your own insurance when they’re 100% at fault. I HATE this company

We need to stand together and file a lawsuit about this insurance company, They ripping off people left and right! Every year they raise the price for poor Uber and taxi driver insurance by making some lump sum policy.

We’r took loan to do business and we have families to take care and pay rent… please think about it to give people other chance to get back their assurance get back work…
