Horrible life insurance company. Once your loved one passes away . They don't want to release the Insurance Money. All they do is drag their feet . And they take months to get the forms mailed to u. Too release your money! Horrible customer service!! Highly Don't Recommend American Progressive for any Policy!! All they care about is holding on to the money that u are in titled Too! Definitely will be making a complaint with the NY Attorney General Office!
