When my daughter invented a magnetic slingshot, she was so happy, but it didn't last too long because that little magnet was propelled straight into a sliding glass door, exploding the tempered glass. Mr.Sergio..I cannot really Express what we have had as a challenge with the water leak I felt like we woke up to a baby tsunami But I'm so proud of my insurance company I am so blown away with Mr Sergio my adjuster he was on time with everything he made sure the proper people came out to take care of the water brinig humidifiers and fans he also went the extra mile I believe and calling in the evenings just to check on us and see if we were okay he talked to the service company that came out to make sure everything was being ran properly and we were taking care of properly we didn't have to move out of our home Thank God for that but it was enough of water to scare me and my husband I have never had an adjuster who has went that extra mile for his client and he did just that Mr Sergio Mira

My experience with American integrity on my roof replacement was a breeze thanks to their Adjuster Mr.Sergio Miranda. When I first created the claim cant deny i was terrified didnt even know how to work the process, for it was my first time claiming on my home insurance, and let me tell you since Sergio called me the first time to do the inspection he kept me not informed but well informed of everything all questions i had, he has answered. Grissel Jackson was my adjuster and she was phenomenal. So calm, professional and thorough. She made me feel so much better about a lousy situation. If you have a choice in adjusters pick her, because she really was the best at explaining the process and not overwhelming me with too much detail.
