I will never recommend American General Insurance Co to anyone for insurance needs. Their service is terrible. I have been attempting to surrender 2 policies for 4 months. One policy they finally paid out on after months. The 2nd policy, even though it’s with the same company, on members of the same family, they still have not surrendered, even asking me for the exact same documentation that I supplied for the 1st policy.
I don't recommend American General Life insurance To Anybody.They Are Very Unprofessional, Nobody speaks English They Give you the wrong Information, They Don't know they're are Doing, No Training I can't stand them.
The worst company I have ever had to deal with they keep giving wrongs number and will not help you
Took more than 5 weeks to get my policy turn-in check.
The food is good and the service was excellent
