American Fidelity Life Insurance

I have been helping my mother with some of her insurance policies. I have contacted several different companies, and I have to say the representatives at American Fidelity insurance are the best. Today I spoke with Cheryl and she was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient . Yesterday I called and spoke with another representative but didn’t get her name, I only needed an email address but she was pleasant and friendly. After speaking with representatives from other companies who were short, not helpful and could care less if my problem was resolved it was refreshing to know that employees at American Fidelity care about their customers. I had the pleasure of working with Jessica and I would just say that she has been the kindest, patient, most knowledgeable person that I’ve had the privilege to work with in forever. She took the time to explain everything on the forms and everything that I asked, she knew the answer for. She took the time to call me back when she had not heard from me to make sure that I was able to complete everything that I needed to. The world is a better place with people like Jessica in it. She gets 100% from me! American Fidelity is a better company because of Jessica! I feel like she’s family now!🫶🏽

Service was excellent. The only problem is finding the correct website because there are a million American Life Insurances. Make sure you go to the correct website for your insurance policy!
